Out and About: Doyle's

A few weeks ago Dennis and I headed to Doyle's in Jamaica Plain (part of Boston). He has been raving about it for the past few weeks, and we finally visited.
Doyle's was founded in 1882, and it looks like nothing has changed since. You'll see in the pictures, not much has changed since.

For food, I got an omelette, nothing too fancy. The star of the show, however, was the bloody mary. Perfectly spicy, with a huge stalk of celery, I couldn't ask for more. We loved the old-school charm, huge bar and access to local history. We will definitely be back.
